These terms explain how to list items, set prices, complete delivery and track your earnings. Check the current payout availability before listing.
The service
Zoymu is operated by Alaab FZE, registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The service connects buyers and sellers of digital in-game items. Company details and contacts are on the Company page.
Listing and selling
List only items you control and are entitled to sell, with accurate variants, quantities and prices. Stolen, duplicated or disputed items, account access and sham purchases of your own listings are not allowed.
The “List for sale” form publishes your selected items. A listing becomes a sale when a buyer pays. Keep listed items available and do not transfer them elsewhere once committed to a sale. Pausing a listing stops new purchases but does not cancel an already paid sale.
Enter the amount you want to receive per item in USD, after the marketplace fee. The form shows your earnings, the buyer's price and Zoymu's fee separately. Check these amounts before publishing or paying. Any additional mandatory charges or taxes must be shown before confirmation.
Receiving your items
Keep the linked account available for paid orders. If access needs updating, use the account controls, then resume selling when you are ready. Follow the agreed recipient and price. If delivery is delayed or its result is unclear, contact support with the sale reference.
When earnings are credited
After payment, the sale appears as pending income. Your earnings after the marketplace fee are credited to the seller balance once delivery is confirmed. A refunded, undelivered purchase does not earn seller income. You can check amounts in the sale details and balance history.
Keep the sale records you need for accounting and taxes. Your tax obligations depend on your status and location; the marketplace fee does not settle those obligations. Contact support if an earnings entry needs review.
Withdrawals
Your seller balance records earnings in USD. Withdrawals and transfers to your purchasing balance are currently unavailable. Please take this into account before listing items.
Responsibility and disputes
Roblox Community Standards prohibit buying or selling virtual content or account access through off-platform secondary markets. Such transactions can lead to account or item-access restrictions. Zoymu is independent of Roblox and cannot override these rules or decisions.
Zoymu is responsible for its obligations under these terms. Game availability, item value and decisions by game platforms are outside our control. Contact support about a dispute; your statutory rights and access to other lawful remedies remain unchanged.
