These terms cover your Zoymu account, buying and selling. The delivery, refund, seller, payment and safety policies apply to those activities. The Privacy Policy explains data use; accepting terms does not replace any separately required consent.

Cookies and similar browser storage support sign-in, security, preferences and the cart. Their browser lifetime is separate from retention of account and order records on servers.
Read policyRefund & Cancellation Policy
For paid items that are not delivered, our ordinary refund method is credit to your Zoymu balance. Voluntary returns of correctly delivered items and cash-out of unused top-ups are not offered. Where the law requires a monetary refund, we provide it instead of internal credit.

Payment and in-game receipt are separate steps. Current marketplace purchases have a one-hour receiving window from payment; check the deadline on each purchase. An expired timer does not by itself prove a refund. If a transfer result is unknown, wait for review and do not start another trade or pay again.
Read policyMarketplace & Trading Rules
Sellers list items from linked Roblox accounts. Items remain in the seller’s game account until delivery. After payment, the buyer starts receiving the item using the instructions for that purchase. Seller terms and game-platform restrictions apply.
Read policyPayment & Wallet Terms
USD is the currency for prices, payments, top-ups, balances and refunds. Other displayed currencies are approximate comparisons and do not change the USD transaction. Confirming a balance payment authorizes that specific debit, not unrestricted future charges.
Read policyFees Schedule
Enter the amount you want to receive per item in USD, after the marketplace fee. The form shows your earnings, the buyer's price and Zoymu's fee separately. Check these amounts before publishing or paying. Any additional mandatory charges or taxes must be shown before confirmation.
Read policyAcceptable Use Policy
Use Zoymu lawfully and respect other users. Fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, malware, attacks on availability, fabricated evidence and misuse of personal data are prohibited. Good-faith criticism, disputes and lawful refund requests are not prohibited conduct.

Use of Zoymu is subject to applicable legal capacity requirements and the age rules of the relevant game and external sign-in provider.
Read policyIP & Non-Affiliation Notice
Zoymu is independent of Roblox Corporation and game developers, including Uplift Games. Game names, marks and content remain their owners' property. Identifying a compatible game does not assert endorsement or transfer intellectual-property rights to a buyer.
Read policyPersonal Data Requests
Send personal-data requests to Support. State what you want and enough information to identify your Zoymu account. No special form is required. Never include a password, login token or full card details.
Read policyIdentity Verification & Payment Security
We may need to verify your identity or permission to use a payment method to protect your account or meet legal requirements. Checks are requested when needed; they are not a standard condition for every refund.
