Frequently asked questions
How do I receive my item?
Open Purchases in your Zoymu account and choose the option to receive your item when it becomes available. Follow the instructions to transfer it into Roblox. If the option is missing, check the purchase status or contact support.
How long does receiving take?
Start receiving from Purchases and follow the instructions. Timing depends on the game, seller account availability and your connection. Check the deadline shown for each purchase. If a transfer is still being checked, wait for its status to update.
Do I need to share my Roblox password?
No. For manual receipt, select the recipient by their public username. Keep your password, login codes and session details private. Linking an account for selling is a separate step that grants game access; the site explains this during linking.
Which currency will I actually pay in?
All purchases and wallet transactions on Zoymu are calculated in USD. Amounts shown in other currencies are approximate guides. Check the final USD total before confirming; your bank’s exchange rate and fees may differ from our estimate.
I paid, but cannot see my item. What should I do?
Check the order status and Purchases in the Zoymu account you used to pay. If you still need help, contact support with the order ID and payment receipt, hiding private details. Wait for the result before paying again.
How do I sell? Does Zoymu buy my items immediately?
Link your own Roblox account, refresh its items, choose quantities and set the amount you want to receive per item. Save a draft or publish your listings. The “List for sale” form lets you publish several listings together. It does not guarantee a buyer or an immediate sale.
