USD is the currency for prices, payments, top-ups, balances and refunds. Other displayed currencies are approximate comparisons and do not change the USD transaction. Confirming a balance payment authorizes that specific debit, not unrestricted future charges.

Using your balance
Your purchasing balance and seller earnings are separate. Purchasing credit can be used for items on Zoymu; voluntary cash-out of unused top-ups is unavailable. Seller earnings cannot currently be withdrawn or transferred to the purchasing balance. Statutory rights to funds and refunds remain unchanged.
This rule and the restriction on voluntary cash-out do not limit mandatory rights to monetary refunds or other remedies, including applicable cases of non-performance, duplicate charges and unauthorized payments. Where law requires a monetary refund, internal credit does not replace it.
You can contact support as soon as a payment or delivery issue occurs. We check the order and any amounts already credited or refunded to determine what remains due. A necessary check may temporarily pause the affected operation, but your statutory refund rights and deadlines still apply.
When earnings are credited
After payment, the sale appears as pending income. Your earnings after the marketplace fee are credited to the seller balance once delivery is confirmed. A refunded, undelivered purchase does not earn seller income. You can check amounts in the sale details and balance history.
Your seller balance records earnings in USD. Withdrawals and transfers to your purchasing balance are currently unavailable. Please take this into account before listing items.
Prices and fees
Changes to fees apply to future transactions after the new terms are shown. Confirmed sales keep their agreed amounts unless a lawful correction or a change you agree to is needed. The fees and conditions of any new payment or payout method will be shown before use.
