When earnings are credited
After payment, the sale appears as pending income. Your earnings after the marketplace fee are credited to the seller balance once delivery is confirmed. A refunded, undelivered purchase does not earn seller income. You can check amounts in the sale details and balance history.
Withdrawals
Payout requests are not yet available, and a launch date has not been announced. When a payout service becomes available, its supported countries, requirements, provider, fees, limits and processing times will be shown before use.
Use only payout options shown on Zoymu when they become available. We do not ask for a separate payment or trade to unlock earnings. Any required verification will explain its purpose and provide a secure way to submit information. Statutory payment rights and deadlines remain unchanged.
Your choices and rights
Contact support with the order or payment reference, date, amount and a short description of the issue. Reviewing a claim is free. We may ask for relevant supporting information; hide unrelated personal details. We explain the outcome within the applicable legal deadlines.
