Sellers list items from linked Roblox accounts. Items remain in the seller’s game account until delivery. After payment, the buyer starts receiving the item using the instructions for that purchase. Seller terms and game-platform restrictions apply.
The service
Zoymu is operated by Alaab FZE, registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The service connects buyers and sellers of digital in-game items. Company details and contacts are on the Company page.
Safe use
Keep passwords, login codes and session details private. Provide game access only through the account-linking steps on Zoymu. Manual receipt does not require sharing the recipient's game session. Support will not ask you to make a payment or trade to unlock funds.
Listing and selling
List only items you control and are entitled to sell, with accurate variants, quantities and prices. Stolen, duplicated or disputed items, account access and sham purchases of your own listings are not allowed.
The “List for sale” form publishes your selected items. A listing becomes a sale when a buyer pays. Keep listed items available and do not transfer them elsewhere once committed to a sale. Pausing a listing stops new purchases but does not cancel an already paid sale.
Responsibility and disputes
Roblox Community Standards prohibit buying or selling virtual content or account access through off-platform secondary markets. Such transactions can lead to account or item-access restrictions. Zoymu is independent of Roblox and cannot override these rules or decisions.
Use Zoymu lawfully and respect other users. Fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, malware, attacks on availability, fabricated evidence and misuse of personal data are prohibited. Good-faith criticism, disputes and lawful refund requests are not prohibited conduct.
If access is restricted, you can ask support to review the decision. Please report security issues to support without accessing other users' data or disrupting the service.
